ESSENTIAL Miami is a music event produced by Jay-J and Mark Brickman, operating under Essential | Deep House Bunch. This website is located at essential-party.com. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the organizers of ESSENTIAL Miami.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you visit our site.
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, and Instagram handle when you submit the Request Access form
- Name, email, and payment information when you purchase tickets through Eventbrite (processed by Eventbrite, not stored on our servers)
Information Collected Automatically
- Browser type, device information, and pages visited via Google Analytics
- Interaction data via the Meta Pixel (page views, form submissions) to measure ad performance
How We Use Your Information
- To send you event updates, lineup announcements, and ticket availability
- To manage guest list access and ticket fulfillment via Eventbrite
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) using the Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- To create custom audiences for advertising purposes (e.g., reaching people similar to our existing guests)
- To analyze site traffic and improve the website experience via Google Analytics

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share hashed (anonymized) email addresses with Meta to create custom audiences for advertising. This data is encrypted before transmission and cannot be used to identify you outside of Meta's platform. We may also share your information with Eventbrite to process ticket orders.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe: Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
- Meta tracking: You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking through your Facebook Ad Preferences
- Cookies: You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly
- Data deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your personal information from our systems
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Subscriber data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. Hashed data sent to Meta uses SHA-256 encryption before transmission.
