By accessing essential-party.com or attending an ESSENTIAL Miami event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend our events. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes about ESSENTIAL Miami events and to facilitate guest list access and ticket purchases. You agree to use the site only for its intended purpose and not to misuse, scrape, or interfere with its operation.

Request Access & Guest List

Submitting a Request Access form does not guarantee entry to any ESSENTIAL event. Guest list placement is at the sole discretion of the event organizers. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the form. By requesting access, you consent to receiving event-related communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Tickets & Purchases

Ticket sales are processed through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's Terms of Service. Refund policies are determined on a per-event basis and will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events, in which case ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or transfer.

Event Attendance

• You must be 21 or older to attend ESSENTIAL events
• Valid government-issued ID is required for entry
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes
• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully — anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner will be asked to leave

All content on this site — including the ESSENTIAL name, logo, images, and marketing materials — is owned by Essential | Deep House Bunch and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ESSENTIAL Miami and its organizers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events. The site and events are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any third-party services linked from this site, including Eventbrite and social media platforms.
